We’re excited to announce our October Instagram Yoga Challenge- a fun & inspiring community project to get you doing a little yoga every day next month. Photography is an amazing creative outlet & yoga is a powerful tool to connect mind+body awareness to see yourself as beautiful.
Every day, simply check out the asana for that date & snap a quick photo of yourself (or your friends) in that pose. Yoga & Photography together are such a powerful combination, and we hope this encourages others to do a little yoga every single day. At the end of the month, we’ll do a wrap-up post & feature our favorite yogi from each day.
How you can join:
- Follow @GrowSoulBeautiful on Instragram - We’ll be posting a daily reminder photo of each pose on our Instagram
- Save the graphic above to your phone for easy access- Grab a quick photo with your phone or right-click on the photo to save to your computer
- Each day, snap a photo of yourself in the asana - Use an app with a timer to make it a self-portrait or grab a buddy to double the fun
- Tag us in your caption! Tag @GrowSoulBeautiful and add the hashtag #YogaADay
- Connect with others- search for the #YogaaDay hashtag to find others having fun with yoga photography

I never got on the Photo A Day challenges, but I really like this one!

How long do you stretch for? So new to yoga! :/
Hello Christina! Welcome & so glad you are learning about yoga. There are so many types and styles of yoga- some hold each pose for many breaths & some are flow styles that move between poses with each breath. For our challenge, there’s no right or wrong way- just long enough to snap a photo

Everyone is fantastic!! Such great form! Can’t wait to get more flexible and one day get featured, for now as a newbie to yoga (thanks to you all at GSB) I will keep this journey alive and attend an actual yoga class. I can’t believe how much I’m in love with YOGA!!!!! XxDani
